L’Oréal SA_ SSA Scientific Valorization Lead needed at L’Oréal

What You’ll Do:

• Be the bridge between science and storytelling: Collaborate with laboratories, evaluation, and marketing teams to develop and deliver impactful scientific files for new product launches.
• Champion scientific credibility: Craft compelling narratives around ingredient/technology/product benefits backed by robust claim assessments.
• Elevate our scientific presence: Partner with key stakeholders (R&D, Evaluation, etc.) to develop publications and posters that reinforce our leadership in innovation.
• Be a guardian of brand integrity: Ensure all product communications are scientifically sound, technically accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements and Group guidelines.
• Embrace collaboration: Partner with various internal stakeholders including R&I, Operations, Marketing, and external agencies and universities to drive impactful communication.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment: Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining a finger on the pulse of the latest scientific advancements.

Who You Are:

• Scientifically Solid: You possess a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
