  • Manage the POS system in conjunction with the Maintenance and Hospital Manager
  • Weekly reporting on stock used and costing report
  • Weekly reporting on labour hour costing per team member
  • Update supplier database on electronic system
  • Extensive supplier liaison and query handling
  • Scheduled services of equipment by checking due dates
  • Utilising the Melo Finance system to load quotes, issue order numbers to suppliers, receive and checking orders

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience
  • Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
  • Friendly disposition with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
