Job Description

• A leading manufacturing and engineering company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimise maintenance operations, ensuring maximum equipment reliability, production efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Relevant N6 / National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in a maintenance management or senior maintenance role within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with maintenance planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
