Job Description

• An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader with strong technical expertise, proven people management skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors, artisans, apprentices, and support staff.
• Oversee preventative, predictive, planned, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maximise equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant uptime.
• Manage maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering projects.
• Monitor plant performance, maintenance KPIs, safety, and compliance standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' management experience, or 10 years' supervisory experience within manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
• GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) will be advantageous.
• Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
