  • Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
  • The Maintenance Manager will oversee the writing of preventive maintenance plans, organize and participate in setting up a spare parts store; identify needs, define safety stock, define storage conditions and location. 
  • Document the preventive and curative maintenance interventions carried out and carry out equipment restart tests.
  • Diagnose breakdowns on the fleet of production machines within the premises or at our stakeholders. If necessary, contact equipment suppliers for assistance;
  • Replace faulty equipment components , including in a high pressure environment;
  • Identify and execute corrective action to minimize the risk of recurrence of failures

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree (and/or master) in mechanics or industrial maintenance
  • 5 – 7 years experience
