Description

Site Maintenance

• Responding timeously to requests for maintenance services for day-to-day and long-term maintenance.
• Ensuring the removal of waste is undertaken regularly
• Clearing all drainage pipes and gutters on roofs
• Moving, relocating furniture between offices/storage/etc, as requested
• Maintaining school field parking lot.
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties required by the Management Team.

Lawn and Garden Maintenance 

• Cutting and trimming of grass
• Maintaining seasonal plants/gardens
• Mowing and keeping gardens/site/walkways free of debris/litter.
• Watering plants/gardens, maintaining gardens.

Cleaning

• Cleaning outdoor furniture
• Sweeping designated smoking areas
• Cleaning external stairwells.
• Cleaning of parking lots.

Stakeholder Relationships

• Building, supporting and maintaining interpersonal and team relationships to ensure stable working environment and achievement of team objectives

• National Senior Certificate – Essential

Experience

• Maintenance – 2 years – essential
