Job Summary

• Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM logsEnsure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown.
• Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipent according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer.

What you will do

• Follow production safety rules. Work according to existing Procedures/ Standards
• Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards
• Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance
• Maintain MDM request. Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP
• Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:
• Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring  a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimised
• Participate as a member in Maintenance Impr teams

We believe you have

• Fresh Technical formation or Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance or 2-3 years’ experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts. SAP basic knowledge WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis 
• Expereince and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address Machine technical knowledge Production processe knowledge is preferred
