• An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Maize Seed Processing Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a maize seed processing facility, ensuring efficient production, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years' experience in maize seed processing or a similar production environment.
• Proven experience managing a seed processing plant.
• Strong knowledge of certified seed systems, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with production planning, inventory control, and plant operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
