Manager (Henwil/Galitos – Taung) needed at Henwil Chickens Corporate

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Business Management qualification or relevant qualification will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Manager in a retail or fast food environment is required.
• Retail experience managing multiple stores would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication, organisational and strategy skills.
• Leadership and decision-making ability.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Situated within the Taung area will be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all business operations are conducted in accordance with the company standard.
• Must be able to manage staff, open and close the store, handle cash-ups.
• Oversee and coordinate business operations of the retail store to achieve financial goals and operational targets.
• Influence team members to be customer oriented, effective, productive and knowledgeable.
• Must be able to plan and do projections to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Place orders for stock needs and ensure that there are no stock shortages.
• Ability to identify areas for performance improvement.
• Manage the POS (cash register) system and liaise with the POS service provider.
• Process sales, refunds, exchanges and resolve customer complaints.
• Manage training of new staff and new products
• Must understand GP, ATV and must be able to put in measures to increase sales.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill to positively impact business.
• Ensure all station checklists are being used and that are no bottlenecks.
• General Management of the Henwil and Galito’s store.
