We are looking for a Leads Management Manager who will be responsible for assuring the most seamless and optimized Leads management flow across channels while guaranteeing a great consumer experience. In the fulfillment of the role, the Leads Management Manager is constantly assessing Lead performance across the channels and engaging with relevant channel managers to ensure leads are managed correctly, removing bottlenecks at each lead milestone that cause consumer drop-off, and innovating within current and white spaces to improve the acquisition of leads into the system. The incumbent will also be responsible for improving the quality of leads within the system, and where possible, implementing nurturing strategies to ensure higher and faster conversion rates.

Your day to day

DEVELOP & DEPLOY THE OVERARCHING LEADS STRATEGY

  1. Pull together and engage with all Lead Owners and Channel Managers to develop and deploy a single approach to Leads Generation, Management, and fulfilment that spans all operational channels
  2. Highlight areas of opportunity for further exploration and development, working together with the Consumer Experience and Information Systems Departments to develop and realize the strategy
  3. Continually track, measure, assess, and pivot on the strategy over time and as required
  4. Assure new Leads generation strategies are correctly deployed, with clarity on KPIs and execution guidelines, in alignment with SOP
  5. Increasing overall lead acquisition
  6. Optimizing Lead Acquisition strategies with the channel managers and ensuring seamless and homogeneous execution of the various Lead Programs across channels
  7. Innovating, assessing, and testing new Lead Generation methodologies and strategies with channel managers and other collaborators to increase the number of leads entering the system and optimizing spending in a way that reduces the cost per lead and acquisition relative to lead source (channel)

LEADS MANAGEMENT & OPTIMIZATION

  1. Coordinate with the channels the correct flow and management of the leads
  2. Lead the attribution and correct flow of Leads programs assuring that channels manage Leads correctly and seamlessly in a way that produces clear ROI
  3. Build/introduce/implement a new digital solution for business performance improvement that caters to all channels/sources tracking and optimizations from spending through to sale
  4. Provide vital training interventions, key metrics, and methodologies to all front lines engaging with Leads (Call Center, Field Sales, and IQOS Specialists)
  5. Fostering omnichannel activities in a way that consolidates all channels in driving toward the overall business targets and objectives.
  6. Lead reporting
  7. Lead reporting together with data strategy, in order to keep track of the leadÇs generation strategies and effectiveness through the funnel
  8. Ensure a live reporting dashboard is available to all collaborators and Management. Set ongoing meetings and engagements with channel managers and partners to assess, discuss and improve on the Leads Management Processes and Strategies
  9. Provide descriptive analysis of Lead’s progress to the Analytics and Reporting Manager to view and understand the context around leads and business performance.
  10. Build in channel/source-specific benchmarks in line with historical, seasonal, and business requirements.

Provision of market insights and competitor landscape feedback across similar Leads Channels
Who we’re looking for

  1. A completed National Diploma/ Degree (or qualification that is equivalent)
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Leads Performance/ Management within the marketing/sales function
  3. Minimum 7 years’ experience working within a Sales/Marketing environment
  4. Strong understanding of sales and commercial trade and reporting metrics across multiple channels=
  5. Proficient in Salesforce
  6. Experience managing and driving partners to hit performance-related critical metrics
  7. Experience driving results within a cross-functional team with all levels of management
  8. Perseverance to find creative solutions to drive performance, work through the complexity and stay motivated.
