Job Description

  • To lead and oversee National Fleet Leasing Operations across the Full Maintenance Rental (FMR) portfolio, ensuring effective end-to-end operational delivery, strong financial and risk controls, and consistent service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements by maintaining up‑to‑date policies, conducting regular reviews and embedding a strong culture of accountability and control.
  • Analyse operational data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities, support strategic decision‑making and continuously enhance service delivery outcomes.
  • Support business growth initiatives by enabling scalable operational processes, ensuring readiness for new client onboarding and contributing to the successful implementation of new products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Experience Required

  • 8+ years' Experience in Fleet or Automotive operations
  • 3–5 years managing Fleet operations
