List of responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timeous dealer financial results reporting, using the MXSi reporting tool and report results to UD Trucks executive management.
- Review dealer financial and operational performance, using MXSi results as well as NAMSA reports and report to UD Trucks Management.
- Collaborate with operational departments and dealers regarding actions to improve dealer performance and oversee implementation.
- Provide business management guidance and support to dealers, to improve financial performance, based on network benchmarks.
- Manage and oversee dealer Qualitative Requirements and Best audit process, including reporting of results and Dealer of the Year calculations and incentive payouts.
Minimum qualification
- BCom Financial Management Qualification
Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position or as a financial manager at a commercial vehicle dealership.
