Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–2 years administrative or marketing support experience

Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of marketing tools (CRM, data tools, email platforms)
  • Basic understanding of office administration practices
  • Knowledge of organising calendars, meetings, events, and marketing filing systems
  • Awareness of project coordination principles (tracking deliverables, timelines, follow-ups).
  • Understanding Google Workspace Platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic posting/scheduling
  • Understanding of internal and external marketing communication processes
  • Basic understanding of how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and measured
