Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Website Management
- Maintain and update company website(s) with fresh content, images, blogs, and promotions
- Work with developers or use CMS platforms to ensure a functional and visually appealing site
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented and optimised
General Marketing Duties
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, emailers, and flyers using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, or collaborators for events and promotions
- Support the development of branding materials and company presentations
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Inherent Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role (1–3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools and strategies
- Basic knowledge of website management
- Familiarity with design tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
