Key Responsibilities

  • Design CI-compliant artwork for print and digital media.
  • Ensure that the luxury status of the brand is upheld through excellent client service and relevant collateral aligned with the corporate identity.
  • Actively manage with the regional marketing team all new, pending, and in-progress marketing briefs using Jira or ClickUp, ensuring deadlines are met and briefs are prioritised.
  • Co-ordinate and traffic briefs to manage workflow efficiently on branch level and with the regional marketing team.
  • Design and develop both bespoke and templatised collateral across print and digital channels as required by the branch.
  • Plan design concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrate concepts by creating mock-ups, sample layouts, and style options for approval.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the regional marketing team and office-based marketing coordinators when required.
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Occasionally communicate with clients (agents/internal stakeholders) regarding layout and design.
  • Contribute to the branch marketing efforts by accomplishing tasks and assisting with campaigns and activations.
  • Assist in the implementation of geotargeted social media campaigns in collaboration with the Regional Social Media Coordinator.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share feedback with the Branch Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage branch signage contracts and renewals in collaboration with the Branch Manager and Brand Manager.
  • Stay updated on Marq platform developments and communicate relevant updates to agents.
  • Train agents on new marketing tools, resources, and collateral available.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers when necessary.
  • Assist with Hyde Park Branch events, expos, and activations.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Branch Managers within the scope of your role.

Education & Experience

  • Tertiary education in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital and print-focused creative environment.
  • Previous agency experience is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with digital design.
