Job Objectives

  • To maintain the GP.
  • Calculation of new cost prices.
  • Investigation with regards to shrinkage, wastage, decline in GP, MPV and packaging.
  • Asssisting with enquiries and updating of recipes.
  • Maintaining the cost of the recipes. 
  • Assisting in new Store openings.
  • Providing analysis reports to the specialist and the buying team on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • Matric with Maths – essential
  • Marketing diploma or degree – essential
  • Driver’s licence – essential

Experience

  • High level of computer literacy with Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Data analysis exposure – preferable.
