Job Mission / Purpose:
- The position is responsible for coordinating sales support by organization of marketing events and managing all daily marketing activities.
Key Activities:
- Organize and provide materials and logistic coordination to marketing events like congresses, workshops etc.
- Ensure that participants’ subscriptions to company events and all marketing activities documentations are in line with fiscal, legal and company requirements.
- Collect and maintain accurate library of marketing activities documentation
- Maintain marketing materials and monitor its production to ensure consistency and appropriateness
- Develop marketing support materials
- Serve as liaison between company and advertising agencies, print suppliers and various marketing services.
- Provide logistic arrangements to sales force
- Collect and maintain an up-to-date customer and competitor’s database.
Education
- Preferably University degree in marketing or equivalent
- Preferably South Africa Citizen
