This strategic internship at a global payments leader involves supporting high-impact campaigns and analyzing market trends within the digital finance ecosystem. Leveraging Salesforce and HubSpot, the intern assists in data-driven decision-making and ensures brand compliance across diverse channels. Job Description
- Marketing is the steward of the brand. The team focuses on driving awareness, preference and conversion across B2B and B2C. They build the brand, with a client centric approach, by reinforcing emotional affinity via innovation and tangible proof points. This is an opportunity to use your creativity, express ideas, and make a real contribution to the organization and its mission.
Here are some cool things our Marketing Interns work on:
- Experience in project management, briefing and commissioning Visa’s external agencies and managing relationships with media.
- Involvement in the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated campaigns targeting multiple audiences, such as launch events and partnership activities.
- Measuring and celebrating our social impact by collecting data, compiling case studies and producing reports.
- Promoting VISA and its services using a broad range of channels including social media, PR, Events and Public Affairs.
- Identify actionable consumer insights, through the analysis of consumer transactional data and social media behavior.
- Creating and maintaining content.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Preferred Majors: Media & Communications, Marketing & Advertising, Visual Communication (Design / Video), Journalism / Media Studies, Film / Media Production
Requirements:
- Students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in with a graduation date in December 2026 (Finishing coursework by dec 2026)
- Be available to pursue a 3-month internship (June 2026 to August 2026)
- Must be available to join a full-time role by January 2027
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Basic capabilities with photo / video editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Basic capabilities with content production via iPhone or Camera (Photography, Videography)
- Familiarity with trending formats on social media platforms (Reels, short-form video, memes, carousels, Live)
- Interest in creative storytelling and visual identity
- Research skills to track cultural/market trends
- Strong written & verbal communication in English and local language
Career Growth & Education
Current students in Business Science, Marketing, or Economics can use this internship as a springboard into global graduate programs or junior analyst roles. Obtaining certifications in Google Analytics, SQL, or agile project management during the internship will significantly enhance employability in the fintech sector.
