Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Position Lucky fish as a market leader in online betting through innovative, insight-led campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Oversee consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Lead campaign development for sports betting, casino, slots, and live games, aligned with industry trends and customer insights.
- Implement strategies to maximise player value and minimise churn, using segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Ensure messaging and creative content are fit-for-purpose, customer-focused, and aligned with Lucky fish’s values and tone of voice.
Digital and Traditional Marketing:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging analytics and audience insights to optimise performance.
- Work with affiliate partners, agencies, and internal teams to maximise ROI and brand exposure.
- Lead loyalty, retention, and reactivation programs to retain high-value customers and reduce churn.
- Manage campaign planning and execution for major events, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Track and optimise marketing spend across channels to ensure cost efficiency and measurable results.
Data, Insights and Performance Analysis:
- Use analytics tools to measure and evaluate marketing performance, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Apply data-driven insights to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities for differentiation.
Stakeholder Management and Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing Team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Development, Compliance, Design, and Analytics.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including agencies, affiliates, influencers, media, game providers, and sponsorship partners.
- Ensure full alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
- Matric (Preferred)
- Degree/Diploma (Advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- 5 + Years Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Communication & Sales
- Senior Leadership & Management
- Understanding of Performance Marketing and Customer Lifecyle optimization
- Google Analytics, A/B Testing, Campaign Automation and multichannel marketing strategies
