  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Market Research and Analysis:

Messaging and Positioning:

  • Collaborate with product teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.

Creative Asset Development:

  • Lead the development of creative assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages for various marketing channels.

Performance Marketing Campaigns:

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, display, and affiliate to drive measurable results.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

Content Marketing Initiatives:

Brand Guidelines:

External Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to amplify brand awareness and reach.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors, including contract negotiation, project management, and performance evaluation.

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile banking, fintech, and digital marketing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Attributes:

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in performance marketing channels: paid social, search, and display.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing.
  • Highly organized with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of mobile app marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to perform ad-hoc tasks as per business needs.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement in the fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of fintech compliance and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
