  • The key purpose of this role is to coordinate and optimize end-to-end order management, inventory deployment, and stock availability for Red Bull, Marketplace, and key suppliers by ensuring accurate order creation, efficient stock movement, and timely claim and financial resolution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Creating orders for Marketplace suppliers and Red Bull and ensuring POs are GRN’d in full by respective depots.
  • Creating AD orders and ensuring they are PGI’d by dispatching sites.
  • Managing Red Bull OOS and DOC 
  • Deploying Red Bull and KWV from Hub sites to depots
  • Executing stock requests by Red Bull and SAB commercial representatives 
  • Managing SAB pallet collection process for suppliers
  • Updating supplier statements and SOH, deployment and claim trackers Executing depot and AD claim requests for damaged, shifted, short delivered and short dated stock
  • Executing depot and AD supplier pallet collection and box/tray requests 
  • Investigating and executing invoice payment queries and working with GCC to ensure invoices, credit notes and debit notes are posted correctly
  • Communicating new Marketplace SKUs to depot and facilitating training 
  • Assisting with monitoring and managing Marketplace and Red Bull SCOH
  • Aligning to the Global LCP methodologies of inventory deployment strategies as deployment planning will be expected
  • Analyse and optimise finished goods stock levels between Breweries, DC’s and Distributors 
  • Managing Marketplace and Red Bull breakages with DC’s
  • Managing Marketplace and Red Bull obsolescence
  • Planning in accordance with planning principles and in line with inventory policy/Demand to ensure healthy DOC at DCs down to a SKU level.
  • Optimizing load plans to ensure site throughput, T1 sizing is within parameters to enable execution 
  • Managing internal stakeholders by providing continuous feedback on queries and risks to the deployment plan
  • Managing regional meetings within internal logistics team to ensure stock balance within the region
  • Monitoring execution on priority deliverables, and escalating to necessary stakeholders
  • Compile reports and presentations to present to senior stakeholders

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Supply Chain Management or Logistics 
  • 3 – 5 years operational, planning or commercial experience in FMCG 
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Planning processes
  • Understanding of ABInBev Logistics and Planning principles 
  • Analytical skills – Excel
  • SAP Experience
