Job Description

Minimum Requirements 

• Matric
• Must have good computer skills
• 3-5 years proven working experience in merchandising and retail promotions
• Valid Driver’s License
• Motivated and detail-orientated with experience in identifying target audiences and devising promotions that engage, inform and motivate

Key Responsibilities 

• Track and analyze sales data, shelf performance, and promotional effectiveness.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions to boost product awareness and drive sales.
• Ensure products are strategically placed and well-organized on store shelves.
• Interact with store staff and customers to provide information and answer questions about products.
• Offer exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Work closely with store management and staff to coordinate shelf management and promotional activities.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
