The Opportunity

• This is your moment to shine! You’ll play a pivotal role in managing, optimising, and scaling a high-performance Microsoft Azure environment for a leading international organisation. As the Azure expert, you’ll be at the heart of cutting-edge cloud projects, ensuring that mission-critical systems run seamlessly and securely.
• You’ll work alongside global tech teams, shaping innovative solutions and supporting seamless migrations, integrations, and expansions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own Azure operations, performance optimisation, and architectural design to keep systems ahead of the curve.
• Manage Azure AD, Exchange365, InTune, Teams, and cloud-based backups like a pro.
• Lead the migration of systems from on-premise to Azure, supporting smooth transitions and future growth.
• Configure and optimise the Microsoft phone system and hybrid network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Azure issues while enhancing security protocols alongside the Security Director.
• Create and implement eDiscovery tools, ensuring data security across the Azure environment.
• Support global teams with seamless connectivity and manage integrations between on-premise and cloud systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Microsoft Azure certification (required – no exceptions!).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Azure in an enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD, InTune, Microsoft Phone Systems, and eDiscovery tools.
• Strong grasp of network infrastructure, remote access, and third-party Azure backup solutions.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems on the fly, and juggle multiple projects with ease.
• Superb communication skills to work seamlessly with global teams.
• A drive for continuous improvement and a passion for tech innovation.
