Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• B Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma in Engineering/Commerce/Law at NQF7 with 360 credits.
• Plus, a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) FACTORIES

Related Minimum Experience:

• 7 years Technical industrial plant operational experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for an integrated governance compliance and assurance function.
• Provide direction and support for governance compliance in the business unit.
• Interface with the divisional compliance officer on legal and safety matters.
• Manage the implementation of legislation and internal requirements in the business unit.
• Develop and monitor initiatives and advise on solutions for compliance.
• Be responsible for regulatory reporting and interfacing with stakeholders.
