Job Description
- A Mining client based in the Mpumalanga region is looking for an experienced General Manager 4.1a
Duties:
- Responsible for carrying the legal responsibilities of the 4.1a appointee
- Deliver on Production targets as well as Safety, occupational health and environment targets
- Implement and maintain appropriate systems for health and safety of all employees and contractors on the operation
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
- Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous)
- At least 10yrs experience in a hard rock mining environment with at least 3yrs at Mine Manager level
