Job Description

• A Mining house based in the North West region is looking for an experienced Project Manager

Duties:

• Responsible to implement the projects business plan for the Plant, Surface and Underground sections. Execute plan to meet production targets, safely and within financial budgeted targets, resource the production/project sections to achieve maximum utilization of equipment and labour efficiencies

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Mining Engineering
• Mine Managers Certificate of Competence or Government Certificate of Competence (Mines and Works) will be advantageous
• Minimum 10 years Project Management experience on UG mechanised mines, with at least 5 years' experience at managerial level
• A Certificate or Diploma in Project Management will be advantageous
• Management Development Programme or equivalent will be advantageous
