Position Overview:

  • To assume full responsibility and accountability of diagnosing faults, repairs , replacements of parts and routine services on Yamaha, Kymco, Indian, TVS and other makes of motor products.

Job Description:
Servicing / Maintenance

  • Perform general maintenance servicing tasks at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Use approved techniques obtained from training.
  • Comply tall pre-set manual requirements on any vehicle/engine.

Problem Solving

  • Must be efficient when problem solving by using techniques acquired from previous training and process of elimination.
  • Honest and Ethical workmanship for customer retention.

Frontline

  • Undertake related tasks as required, including but not limited to:
  • Support function tService Manager when required toffer advice tcustomer.
  • General upkeep of workshop yard and your workstations.
  • Showroom assistance.
  • Technical support at key events.

Support

  • Undertake related tasks as required, including but not limited to:
  • From time ttime, you will be asked tbe a support function at key events pertaining tyour daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of Motor Dealership Experience

Competencies:

  • Methodical and accurate, paying attention tdetail.
  • Strong Customer Service Ethic with a can-dattitude.
  • Ability tmultitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Work as a team player
  • Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
