About the Role
The Outreach Coordinator drives high-RPM inclusion by managing disability sector data and ensuring 100% compliance with national accessibility standards for the Overstrand municipality. Utilizing Salesforce for specialized stakeholder orchestration and ServiceNow for incident tracking, the coordinator mitigates operational risk in voter education. Their work leverages data-driven insights to optimize civic participation for marginalized groups and ensures the institutional integrity of the IEC’s inclusion strategies.
Job Purpose:
- To educate, raise awareness and inform communities on civic and democracy education as well as mobilise assigned communities to participate in all electoral activities and events towards the 2026 Local Government Elections with the aim to also increase access to the voting and electoral processes for persons with disabilities.
