Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our New and Existing Energy Solutions (NAES) division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, particularly within the solar industry, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and analyze sales data.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Honors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
