Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our New and Existing Energy Solutions (NAES) division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, particularly within the solar industry, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and analyze sales data.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Honors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
