National Contract Manager needed at Fidelity Services Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain contracts with national clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance the client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
• Analyze contract performance and provide regular reports to management on client engagement, satisfaction, and any issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our services remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of our national clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management or a similar role, preferably in the national or corporate sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
• Ability to travel occasionally to meet with national clients and attend meetings or conferences as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Certification in contract management or a related field (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager).
• Experience working in the national or corporate contracts management space, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
