Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contracts with national clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance the client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze contract performance and provide regular reports to management on client engagement, satisfaction, and any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that our services remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of our national clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management or a similar role, preferably in the national or corporate sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contract management software.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with national clients and attend meetings or conferences as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Certification in contract management or a related field (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager).
- Experience working in the national or corporate contracts management space, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
