About You:

Requirements & Experience:

• 7-10 years in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in key account management, preferably in the confectionery or food/beverage sector.
• Proven track record in modern trade channels in South Africa
• Demonstrated success in driving volume and revenue growth, with quantifiable achievements in gross margin improvement.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP software, data analysis tools. Familiarity with forecasting models and financial modeling

• Exceptional ability to negotiate win-win outcomes in high-stakes environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
• Advanced skills in demand forecasting, with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage end-to-end operations, from planning to execution.
• Deep knowledge of consumer behaviour, occasions, and modern trade trends in South Africa.
• Proven ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
