This pivotal role oversees service delivery, staff performance, and client satisfaction, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will be both a strategic leader and a hands on technical professional, capable of managing workshop and field operations while mentoring a talented team of service and electrical technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate service activities, ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within scope.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and service excellence.
  • Oversee workshop and field teams, manage costing, quoting, and invoicing, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop technical staff through performance reviews, training, and mentorship.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols to uphold the highest operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client equipment and spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Drive service expansion, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client retention and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or related field
  • Proven experience in servicing industrial or mining equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
