- Relevant Degree: Bcom Finance/Stats/Economic related
Experience and Skills
- Growth mindset
- Excellent excel, administration, attention to detail and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and mobilize multiple cross functional teams
- Comfortable with complexity, holistic business planning and scenario building
- 2 to 5 years of experience in RGM/NRR/Finance/Sales/Category Management in FMCG preferred
- Experience with cloud based analytical and trade promotion tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, DataOrbis, Buynomics)
- TPM/TPA experience would be advantageous
- Proven ability to manage workload & deadlines
- Finance, Customer, Category and Channel Knowledge.
