Network Sales Specialist needed at First Point Group

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage key clients for networking solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.
• Create and present persuasive sales proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals, ensuring satisfaction for all parties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of proven sales experience in Networking products, services, and related technology solutions—specifically Huawei and Cisco.
• Strong expertise in Networking technologies, services, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
