Job Summary:

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a New Vehicles Sales Manager at our VW Vereeniging dealership. The New Vehicles Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop sales strategies to increase sales and market share
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
• Train and develop sales staff to enhance their performance and skills
• Manage inventory and ensure vehicles are properly maintained and displayed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license
