  • The Office Administrator is responsible for responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of an office all while ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to staff members, requiring strong organizational, communication, and detail oriented skills.
  • The Document Controller is Primarily responsible for managing the flow of documents within an organization, including filing, distribution, and retrieval.
  • Support the Finance, Training, Project, Sales Departments.
  • Insurance: Researching insurance policies and products
  • Insurance: Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance providers
  • Insurance: Explaining policy terms to management and staff
  • Insurance: Arranging insurance cover for companies with the insurance provider
  • Insurance: Collecting insurance premiums
  • Insurance: Keeping detailed computer records
  • Insurance: Preparing reports for insurance underwriters
  • Vendor: Strategic vendor selection.
  • Vendor: Contract negotiation and management.
  • Vendor: Performance monitoring and evaluation.
  • Vendor: Compliance oversight. 
  • Vendor: Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Vendor: Effective communication with vendors

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years or more years’ office administration experience.
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • National Senior Certificate.
