- Administration qualification
- Previous experience as administrator in and office environment

- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the day to day filling and organisation of the office
- Follow up on request from Manager and customers
- Office reception
- Ordering of stationary and other office requirements
- Assisting with personnel files
- Invoicing on Unit 4
- Checking and uploading returns
- Assisting with unit admin relief and leave replacement
- General administration to the office
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
