Qualifications    

  • Matric
  • Administration qualification 
  • Previous experience as administrator in and office environment
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day to day filling and organisation of the office
  • Follow up on request from Manager and customers
  • Office reception 
  • Ordering of stationary and other office requirements 
  • Assisting with personnel files 
  • Invoicing on Unit 4
  • Checking and uploading returns
  • Assisting with unit admin relief and leave replacement 
  • General administration to the office
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
