Job Description

  • An established institution is looking for an experienced Office Administrator with strong interpersonal and administrative skills to support both sales and operational functions to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, client interaction, and remote coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage general office administration duties and daily operations
  • Coordinate with clients and provide excellent service and follow-up
  • Support remote management and handle communications via MS Teams
  • Multitask across sales support, documentation, and reporting
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant office administration experience
  • Post-matric qualification (M+3)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office & MS Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
