Job Description
- An established institution is looking for an experienced Office Administrator with strong interpersonal and administrative skills to support both sales and operational functions to join their team in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, client interaction, and remote coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general office administration duties and daily operations
- Coordinate with clients and provide excellent service and follow-up
- Support remote management and handle communications via MS Teams
- Multitask across sales support, documentation, and reporting
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant office administration experience
- Post-matric qualification (M+3)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office & MS Teams)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
