Job description:

  • PSG has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager at our Bedfordview office who will be responsible for the administration of personnel, wealth, office processes and to assist the broker.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic business and process development, including training of staff
  • Personnel management
  • Coordinate all office processes, including administration projects and finance oversight
  • Team coordination
  • Deal with general client amendments and queries
  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails
  • Dairy management
  • Ad-hoc and special projects
  • Relationship management with clients and service providers
  • Project Management

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant Insurance qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience within the financial services industry
  • Business management / managerial experience
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Financial system experience)
