- This position will require a dedicated and a well organised individual, the incumbent will be looking after the POP Finance team and the POP Data & Analytics team. Part of the responsibilities will be:
- Diary management and meeting coordination, catering and meetings logistics.
- Administration duties, this will include: processing invoices, give guidance to Line
- Managers regards to onboarding/offboarding of employee’s, ensure that all staff completes compliance training, smooth running of records management, BCP updates, ordering laptops, managing the collaboration and campaign awards, incentive card administration and contract mandate approvals and document sign off from Exco.
- Social Activities, the incumbent will be required to spearhead the Social committee, Volunteers and Wellbeing initiatives.
