- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management of similar qualification
- 5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support – preferably in a mining environment.
- Proficiency in English and French written and spoken.
You will have advanced skills and knowledge in:
- Payroll understanding
- Kamoa, processes, procedures and standards for safety and quality
- Relationship management
- Office administration
- Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel etc
- Data management skills
- Report writing
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on medicals and onboarding documents for each expat
- Assist with travel visa administration
- Assist with preparing contract and offers
- Providing expats with feedback on the status of their employment
- Updating of the tracker
- Generate Reports
- Manage self and show up as a good team player
