Key Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated sourcing and procurement processes and follow prescribed procedures towards fulfilling procurement needs.
  • Execute purchases of goods and services and manage procurement administration.
  • Negotiate and coordinate conclusion of agreement with suppliers to meet customer expectations.
  • Perform dual adjudication of tenders and management of contracts/ purchases orders within set policies and standards.
  • Access, analyse procurement information independently.
  • Use own discretion to manage problems / risks and make recommendations timeously.
  • Build and maintain healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships.

Minimum requirements
 
Qualification(s):

  • National Diploma / National N Diploma in Commerce / Transport Logistics & Supply Chain Management at NQF 6 with 240 credits

Experience:

  • 3 Years related experience in Commercial / Supplier Management
