Qualification(s):
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of supplier management experience
- Knowledge of applicable Supply chain legislation(s) and regulations

Key Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of vendor master data system by:
- Advising suppliers on registration process and requirement
- Scrutinize , interpret and verify supplier registration document
- Evaluate and validate supplier information to be loaded on the system
- Regular verification and updating of supplier information
- Maintain proper filing system for all vendor forms/ documentation and a credible and up to date vendor master
- Maintain and update vendor data base as and when required
- Identify possible, unreliable vendor information and refer for investigation
- Runs credit checks on any new and existing vendors to check for registered owners, shareholders and judgement against vendors or their principals
- Consolidate monthly/quarterly reports on vendor data management
- Handle supplier related queries
- Implement procurement policies, procedures and practices
- Maintain ethical supplier relationships.
