Key Performance Areas

• Proposals / Business Development
• Technical lead in proposal development
• Concept development and feasibility checks
• Technical specifications and risk identification

Design Development

• Concept/Basic design development
• Review of technical outputs
• Compilation and review of enquiry packages

EPCM Project Delivery

• Manage project sub-packages within budget, time, and quality constraints
• Oversee site installation and construction
• Control package scope and manage changes

Departmental and Company Processes

• Ensure compliance with client and company processes
• Interface with various functional areas (Design, Procurement, Legal, Finance, SHEQ)
• Utilize ERP and project management software systems

Qualifications

• Minimum: National Diploma in Engineering
• Preferred: Qualified Engineer Technologist or Technician
• Registration with ECSA or recognized international body
• Project management courses based on PMBOK principles

Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including:
• 5+ years as Project Coordinator or related role
• 3+ years in Design Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Practical site construction experience (advantageous)
