About the Role

• As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll handle shipping, receiving, and general warehouse maintenance. You’ll prepare customer orders, manage inventory using automated systems, and apply safe handling practices for all materials. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse maintenance activities.
• Select and prepare products for customer orders while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Use automated inventory systems to document all material movements.
• Operate forklifts and verify product counts, labeling, and quality throughout the distribution process.
• Apply safe loading techniques to ensure stability during shipping.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and food safety standards.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to learn and use automated inventory management systems.
• Strong communication skills in English (or local language).
• Ability to work independently and in a warehouse environment 100% of the time.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing 50 lbs or more.
