Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support: Assist the CEO with daily operational tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Project Coordination: Be involved in various projects, helping to plan, execute, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external partners, preparing reports, presentations, and emails.
  • Data Organization: Keep important documents, records, and databases organized and secure, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Event Organization: Coordinate company meetings, conferences, and other key events.
  • Research, Insights + Problem Solving: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and markets to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO and other executives to ensure efficiency and costeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: No formal experience is required, but internships or parttime roles in business or project management are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
