Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly and monthly feedback to each portfolio of findings and progress in stores.
  • Provide exception reporting to VAS & Mobile field management

Measurables across all VAS/hi in this role:

  • Leasing performance tracking
  • 3rd Party agent performance tracking
  • VAS Target generation and tracking, including product specific drives
  • Profit allocation Journal calculation
  • Brand Exco Pack generation
  • Brand hierarchy data maintenance
  • Track and report on Excessive VAS enrolment
  • Generate Insurance & Media audit and invoicing files for Metrosure, Edge & Tyme
  • Track training completion for staff and 3rd party agents
  • Calculate and load Hi Turnover splits
  • Generate Mobile Stock and Sales Ops performance dashboards

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Data Analytics Diploma or 2 years of practical Data Analytics experience
  • 3-5 years’ Retail management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential 
  • Knowledge of Mobile product retailing would be an advantage
