Main Responsibilities :

• Ensure the in-line and offline inspection systems are always aligned to customer requirements and that the systems function effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the settings of the inspection systems, quality output and make necessary adjustments to the systems.
• Conduct visual inspection and process sampling sheets through Proxima-O and Proxima-I inspection system and advice printers to adjust when necessary.
• Adhere to daily and weekly production and quality control plans, maintain proper control of reference sheets & quality records and escalate the quality issues being experienced to the supervisor.
• Keep up-to-date with the quality control plans, customer’s quality requirements and specifications.
• Ensure non-conformances are raised for identified deviations, participate in root cause analysis of product and /or process quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all Safety, Health and Environmental and Quality regulations and standards are adhered to in line with the legal requirements.

The Preferred Candidate should have:

• Grade 12 with Maths and Science
• Higher Certificate in Information Systems Data Analytics or equivalent
• Certification on relevant Inspection Systems Security Printing and Total Quality Management will be an added advantage.
• 3-5 years’ experience in quality control or security printing
