Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in relevant field
- Call centre qualification advantage
- 2 year working experience in a call centre environment
- Sales experience in the FMCG sector
- Computer Literate (ERP System)
- Good Telephone etiquette
- Valid Drivers License
