Skills, Experience & Education

  • Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in relevant field
  • Call centre qualification advantage
  • 2 year working experience in a call centre environment
  • Sales experience in the FMCG sector
  • Computer Literate (ERP System) 
  • Good Telephone etiquette
  • Valid Drivers License
